No medical certificates are required to enter Turkey. Upon arrival, you need to fill out a form and leave contact information about the planned location in Turkey.
Airport terminals are equipped with non-contact thermal imagers to measure the temperature of passengers.
If the temperature is elevated (38 and above), you need to do an express test for COVID-19 (cost 15 euros, the result is ready in an hour or two). In case of a positive result, the tourist is hospitalized in a medical institution.
